Hounds

Happy Monday everyone!  These Mondays come by way too often!  Poor Spencer ripped off a toenail on Saturday and it's still bleeding and he won't walk on it so I'm dropping him off at the vets office this morning plus he's having hind end problems again.  What makes it all worse is that the nail that was ripped off is the back leg and he's very weak in his back legs so he has a lot of difficulty even walking.  Anyway - life with Spencer.

Donna here with Emmy, Airedale Terrier/Hound mix and Spencer, Greyhound both 9 y/o and Buzz, Greyhound, 8 y/o in Arizona.  It's finally cooling off here and we're supposed to get down to the 70's by Wed.  Oooohhhh sweater weather - LOL!  Sunday Buzz and I were at Petsmart for our monthly Greyhound meet 'n greet.  It was nice enough to be outside instead of inside so we got a lot more traffic.  Buzz as usual was whining and yelping and making a noisy nuisance of himself.  We always try and mention how quiet Greyhounds are and then there's Buzz calling us liars!  LOL!

 

I can't believe how busy you have been with your home improvements!  I'm absolutely useless with stuff like that including painting!  So you're moving from Alabama to North Carolina?  That's a big move isn't it?  Do you know anyone in NC?

 

I'm Barbara in Grand Rapids, Michigan with greyhounds Jester, 9 and Lynn, 10.  I had a funeral to go to on Saturday and then we went to the Griffins hockey game downtown.  They won.  They are the feeder team for the Detroit Red Wings.  Many of the players on the Wings played in GR, so we get to watch these future stars skate here first.  It's a lot of fun.

Aside from that, I'm finishing up reading Dean Koontz Frankenstein trilogy.  Didn't get much of anything else done on this cold and rainy weekend!
