Happy Hump Day everyone!  Hope your week has gone well so far.  Yesterday is was around 85 degrees.  Today it's supposed to be 64 and super windy.  Go Figure!

I have always liked Halloween because I can dress up the dogs - LOL!  When my sister's kids were younger, I would dress up Emmy and then later Spencer and go trick or treating with them and my sister.  I really enjoyed doing that!  I also dress up Spencer (now Buzz) for the Oct. Greyhound meet 'n greet.  Greyhounds are so easy to dress up because they'll tolerate just about anything.  These past few years I haven't really done much with them because my sister's kids are too old now for trick or treating.  Occasionally I will go to a block party my sister and BIL put together on Halloween but it's not the same.  I might go this year since Halloween is on a Sat.  All 3 dogs have their special Halloween collars on even if I don't do anything with them - LOL!

So the Question of the Week is:  Have you ever celebrated Halloween with your dogs in any fashion?

No...never.  I've never had children to go out Trick or Treating with....but I used to love when other people would come to the door with their children and dogs.  I always kept a few Milk Bones by the candy just in case.

I know that my dogs would never tolerate going out...Samantha was always happy just barking at the doorbell....as well as my ^Maxwell^.  ^Valentine^ was always a basket case on Halloween.  So I always stayed home from work on that day so they wouldn't get too crazy.

In NJ the greyhound owners would always take their two out on Halloween...the male would be dressed as a devil and the female as a ladybug....LOLOL.....
