TGIF everyone! We have made it to Halloween weekend! Yay!
I had my carpets cleaned not too long ago and last night Spencer vomited twice in the living room. Bile does not come up from white carpeting without professional service. Sigh.....
Have you ever tried Resolve Pet Stain Remover? Even though I don't have carpets any longer I still have it and used it a few weeks ago when Samantha "leaked" on my bed. For some reason, even with the supposedly waterproof mattress pad it still leaked through to the mattress cover. I used the Resolve spray and the stain came right out.
I forget where I heard this but I heard that Resolve has some chemical that causes professional carpet cleaning solutions to not work. I probably heard it from a professional carpet cleaning company - LOL! So I have been using Woolite Pet Oxygen stain remover which works okay on small stains. These bile stains from Spencer are very big so I'm just not sure anything can work. I'm going to try hot water and laundry detergent next since someone told me to try it. It can't hurt anyway.
Spencer's vomiting was caused by the Rimadyl so I'm switching it out for Deramaxx later today to see if that might be better on his tummy.
