We went out to pick up a few things today and came home with 2 kittens. They will be here for the weekend and if all goes well we will be keeping them. Sassy isn't very happy she has gone into hiding again but that is normal for her. We aren't sure if she is hiding due to the kittens or all the noise that DH was making putting in the new water heater. The boys think the kittens are ok and are even playing with them.

The kittens are snow white, the little girl has a gray smudge on the top of her head. They are in good health as they were at our vets office dopped off by someone that found them. Top that with Monday we take YDD up to the vets to fill out the job app and she will get an interview. This is the DD that wants to be a vet, they know she wants to be a vet.

That's very exciting! I hope it works out for you to keep them. Post some pics if you get a chance!

LOL....Squeaky, things are exciting in your home.  I hope that the kittens stay and everything works out.  Good luck to your DD.

All the best,

They are staying the cats are all playing together. We now have Linxy, Oliver, Sassy, Jasper, and Ossa. We have to put the kittens in a crate to feed them as the others will eat all the kitten food and leave the adult food. There was very little hissing when they came home so they were out and interacting with the others just hours after we brought them home. Sassy is getting along with them too. I know she will be going into hiding again in 2 weeks when we start redoing the kitchen. To much noise for her. I expect all of the cats to be hiding for part of the remodling work.

They will be closed in a bedroom while we are working for their safty and ours. We are gutting the kitchen and redoing it.

Maybe you are crazy but it sounds like you made a good decision.  They sound adorable!
