Well, Mika dog & I are here. Where is everybody else?! <:O LOL! Mika & I both are still having troubles adjusting to the time change. She starts nagging me an hour earlier because the amount of light tells her that it's 5:00 p.m., time for her dinner, when it's now only 4:00 p.m. ROFL! And I am still dragging, feeling exhausted and out of kilter, kind of hungover every morning. It takes me about 2 weeks to adjust, whether it's the fall or the spring time change. I wish they'd just leave our clocks alone! LOL! :D My hip is still giving me fits, too, but Mika & I are walking, then I lay low the rest of the day as much as I can. Just not up to our usual mileage everyday. <:-/ I keep walking for her and for myself and to maintain my weight loss over the past year, and maintain my goal weight with WW. So, not walking is just not an option with me. Gotta keep my metabolism rate up! :)
Blessings,
Gypsy
