I went to church until I was in my late teens and I knew the Christian religion was not for me.  The Lutheran church I attended had 3 different pastors during the years that I went there and none of them ever preached against premarital sex.  

I am no longer a Christian but for the past 2 years I've been taking my mom to church every week since she is no longer comfortable driving and in the past 2 years I have not once heard this pastor preach against premarital sex.

Our priest was more worried about collecting the congregation's money than anything else.  I imagine because of multiple law suits against the Catholic church...who knows.   I don't remember premarital sex being brought up.  I have an agnostic view these days.

My pastor does preach it, but I will confess, I did have premarital sex.  I Was with two guys,  (one was a boyfriend and the other is my husband.).  I knew it was wrong, but got caught up in the heat of the moment.  THe good thing is God is a forgiving God.  THat's all I will preach.

God is forgiving. He teaches us about purity and tests us to see if we life up to his standards. He will forgive you for premarital sex if you decide to stop and live a life according to his teachings. Thats one reason why Im a Republican!!!!!!
