My boss wrote me a mean letter that seemed personal to me.I sent her flowers.Now my female boss will not make eye contact with me and smiles alot. I thought she liked me.
Then  I had an interview and I did not get the job but she continues to flirt. She favors a guy over me because his mother works with her.  He is underqualifief. So , I don't think she likes me. She is dysfunctional. What do you think?

Before I answer your post, I have a couple of questions first.  Why did your boss send you the letter?  Did you send the flowers before or after the letter?
