How many bridesmaids are you having?

Were you in any of their weddings (provided they are married)?

Did your groom influence who you'd ask to be a bridesmaid? (i.e. ask his sister, etc.)

If you could do it over...would you do it the same, or would you add/subtract bridesmaids?

How many bridesmaids are you having? 2 Maid of Honors, 3 Bridesmaids

Were you in any of their weddings (provided they are married)? One is married but she was married in a courthouse because they wanted to get married before her DH was sent to Iraq. They originally were planning a bahamas wedding and yes I was a bridesmaid.

Did your groom influence who you'd ask to be a bridesmaid? (i.e. ask his sister, etc.) He didn't really influence me, I already knew I wanted his little sister in my party because her and I get along so well and I already consider her to be my sister.

If you could do it over...would you do it the same, or would you add/subtract bridesmaids? One of my original bridesmaids isn't able to attend, I would make a way for her to be in it. Otherwise I think my BM's are perfect choices, they are all my best friends!

I'm so sorry your bridesmaid isn't able to make it, I'm sure that's a big disappointment for both of you! Do you plan to select someone else to take her spot or just be short one 'maid?

In the beginning I was actually torn between Nicole and Brittany (DF couldn't come up with another GM to accomodate 6 BM's) but I have known Nicole much longer and she is like my sister so I asked her. When she told me she couldn't make it I asked Brittany but I am still naming Nicole as a "honorary bridesmaid" in our website and programs.
