First of all, you don't call the police to file a complaint on someone that calls your kid a spoiled brat even if there is an expletive in there ... you get the f over it and move on with your life, sticks and stones people! ... Secondly, her kid probably is a spoiled brat and I'm sure the mother was just as bad; you don't just get kicked out of a theme park and banned for a year because you were the innocent victim of someone else calling you a name. Yelling and having fun on a ride is fine, but there is still a limit. Screaming kids can ruin a perfectly fun ride for everyone else ... they don't want to hear your loud ass kid, they want to hear the effects of the ride! Yay Universal!
