Hello,

any one been diagnosed  with HSDD. Just wondering if you were and recieve treatment , how did it work for you?

Ii Debbzy,

Good to see you again on the board. Just want to say that I've never quite bought into the label of HSDD (hypoactive sexual desire disorder). When did diversity become a diagnosis? Guess I missed the memo...

Frankly I think all this HSDD is just a thing for the pharmaceutical companies to make $$.   Sex sells..  always has.

This was the diagnosis I got at my OB/gyn's office. She didn't offer any real options for treatment. Said she sometimes got involved with research projects and I should check with her office regularly to see if one became available.

I pretty much felt marginalized, like, "oh well, you don't want sex and it upsets you and is completely destroying your relationship, that sucks for you"
