When you're stressed, what do you to do feel better?

Pray, meditate and then take action to fix what's wrong

Do you practice "switching frequencies" and just thinking about something else?

I'm getting a lot better at that, but if there's heavy emotions involved, I have to express them first, and talking about it is the most effective

Do you stay busy?

Not on purpose, LOL

Do you meditate?

Yes, and I try to, everyday, but after all my stuff is done :)

Do you enjoy aromatherapy?

Extremely!

Do you enjoy exercise?

Very, very much, and I hope I can get back to it soon :)

Do you call a friend?

Usually not, but maybe my mom

Do you journal or blog?

Yup :)

Do you Facebook, lol?

When it cooperates with me, LOL

Do your children make you laugh?

Keither is a riot, LOL

Do you ever try those Green Food health drinks?

Whenever I see them, I do, but I don't go out of my way to get one, lol

Do you eat healthy and get enough sleep?

I always make sure I get enough sleep, because I get cranky if I'm not rested. As far as eating, it's been too much restaurant food and comfort food. I'm not gaining weight, but it makes my stomach sick to not be eating enough fiber

Are you in therapy?

Yes, but I haven't gone since Sept. I'm about ready to give up on that place, because you gotta wait forever just to get an appointment

How do you feel right now, as opposed to one year ago?

I was really happy one year ago. I think it was because the only stressful person in my life was my mom. Now, stuff is getting better with my mom, but I've still got one stressful friend in my life. Everybody else is pretty cool though :).

Plus, my life was a lot more relaxed, because I was taking more time out for myself. Keith wasn't in school, so all I really had to do was go to doctor appointments. And keep the house clean, lol.

When you're stressed, what do you to do feel better? chocolate helps and listening to encouraging music

Do you practice "switching frequencies" and just thinking about something else? yes, it's good to think about positive things... instead of complaining or dwelling on the negative

Do you stay busy? not much if i don't have to... but i'm pretty busy usually (but not on purpose)

Do you meditate? pray, yes

Do you enjoy aromatherapy? don't have any

Do you enjoy exercise? no, i really should exercise more!

Do you call a friend? sometimes

Do you journal or blog? not nearly as much as i used to...

Do you Facebook, lol? heck ya! all the time!! more if i had a computer at home...

Do your children make you laugh? they say the darnest things all the time. like this morning, i handed my son a shirt and said "here, this is the matching shirt" and dd6 said, "it's not a magic shirt, mommy".... ha ha ha too funny

Do you eat healthy and get enough sleep? moderately healthy.... lots of sleep

Are you in therapy? no

How do you feel right now, as opposed to one year ago? i still feel good. a year ago, i had just made sooo many new friends in the new city. many of them are only aquaintances now but i feel good that i've sustained a good outlook on life and i'm always meeting and greeting new friends. also a year ago, i was dating someone. and although we really got along, i sensed that it wasn't long term. This year, i'm dating someone new and it feels right.... like this could really last. i feel good and terrified at the same time. its' all good!
