Pray, meditate and then take action to fix what's wrong
Do you practice "switching frequencies" and just thinking about something else?
I'm getting a lot better at that, but if there's heavy emotions involved, I have to express them first, and talking about it is the most effective

Not on purpose, LOL

Yes, and I try to, everyday, but after all my stuff is done :)

Extremely!

Very, very much, and I hope I can get back to it soon :)

Usually not, but maybe my mom

Keither is a riot, LOL
Do you ever try those Green Food health drinks?
Whenever I see them, I do, but I don't go out of my way to get one, lol
Do you eat healthy and get enough sleep?
I always make sure I get enough sleep, because I get cranky if I'm not rested. As far as eating, it's been too much restaurant food and comfort food. I'm not gaining weight, but it makes my stomach sick to not be eating enough fiber
Are you in therapy?
Yes, but I haven't gone since Sept. I'm about ready to give up on that place, because you gotta wait forever just to get an appointment
How do you feel right now, as opposed to one year ago?
I was really happy one year ago. I think it was because the only stressful person in my life was my mom. Now, stuff is getting better with my mom, but I've still got one stressful friend in my life. Everybody else is pretty cool though :).
Plus, my life was a lot more relaxed, because I was taking more time out for myself. Keith wasn't in school, so all I really had to do was go to doctor appointments. And keep the house clean, lol.
