I think you're attracted to her personality, manners, and perhaps way of talking. I lived in your country and I can imagine a head teacher must be good in his speech to become a head teacher, and educated Brits are really good with their language. But it could be none of this. There was a woman in our circle of friends who was attracted to me and was around me more than usual (I didn't even notice it until my wife told me). The funny thing was that I didn't even like her, and there were things about her that annoyed me, so I was sometimes impolite to her in front of her husband and everybody, but it only made her more interested!
