Ladies, please describe the most daring you have worn in public.

Thanks, Barb

My belly dance garb when W/we go to the Renaissance faire. W/we always stop off at a convenience store on the way home to gas up the car and buy drinks for the ride home, so mundanes (non-Rennies) see me in my belly dance garb then as well.

My experience falls into the ‘I can’t believe I did this’ category.

I begin by saying I am usually modest and do not like excessive attention. DH and I were going to a New Years Eve party to celebrate the beginning of 2008 with 9 other couples. Let me give some context to the party. The age range was form 28 to 39. There were two girls that wore sheer blouses while braless and the libations were generous. We are an open group. From the bottom up, I was wearing 3” FMP’s, thigh high hose, a lace thong, a short black skirt, a white blouse and a long strand of knotted pearls.

The DH wanted a sexy touch to the outfit. I thought I was doing OK, but I unbuttoned the blouse to the waist. I tucked it in tightly and I wore boob tape to keep from exposing the ‘girls’. When I left house, the outfit was both sexy and demure. Little did I know. My mistake was not bringing more boob tape.

As the evening wore on, the tape started to fail and the blouse would not stay tucked in very well. While my sexy look was evident, the demure was really in trouble. Despite my efforts, the girls kept showing up. About 10:00, while surrounded by people, my friend said ‘you are showing so much boob you might as well be topless’. In an ‘I can’t believe I did this moment’, I took off my blouse showing my 34B’s to everyone.

My DH was shocked! I had NEVER done anything like this before. I still can’t believe I did it, except for the pictures. Using the ‘when in Rome’ notion, I even flashed my almost bare thonged behind.

The party broke up about 3:00 AM, giving me 5 hours of toplessness. As one would guess, after the initial curiosity, it was no big deal. In retrospect, it was a crazy thing to do, but I am glad I did it, and I enjoyed the novelty of it, although I am banned from the PTA. If I knew the PTA’rs would expel me, I would have done it years ago.

It was an expansive moment. I have subsequently been to very immodest resorts, fully participating. And the other benefit is we get invited to many parties.

I have a 'little black dress' I love. It is a slender satin dress with an empire bodice and comes to just above the knees. The bodice was georgettee lined with satin. I very carefully cut out the lining leaving just the sheer georgette.

My breasts are very visible through the fabric. I wear it on special occasions and my DH loves it. I wouldn't have worn this 10 years ago, but as I mature, early 40's, I have become fairly immodest.
