boy is this board dead or what? well i was just wondering how was everyone was doing? and what ya'll;s weather is like where u live at. here in nc we are already having january like weather and that is cold!! i think we skipped fall weather and went right into winter temps!

It's cooling down here finally. We got some rain, which we really needed. Mike could be let go any day now. We are just waiting to see what happens. They are trying to get a few more controlled burns done, otherwise they won't be able to do them for another four years.
He plans on coming down to visit after the season is over to meet my family. We've been together three years and they haven't met him. I'm really nervous about it.
Other than working and trying to keep up with my online classes, life is going pretty well. I has been hard not being able to see him. Hopefully this will be our last fire season. He is going to be attending the Park Ranger academy in January. Hopefully he will have a job as a park ranger after that.

well i hope when they finally do met it will go smoothly! and i hope he gets a job as a park rangers and he's school goes good. it has warmed up some here but it is just a matter of time that it will be cold again! i can't wait for it to be warm weather again.. my dh has been working some long hours so it has just been me and out son hanging around the house and playing and tj is so ready for him to slow down he is a daddy's boy as long as i am not out of his sight!!
