Morning Everyone-

Today is going to be a long day, with daylight savings and having an extra hour in the day.  The boys woke up at 6am, which really was 5am.  I think the boys will take a nap after Sunday school and stopping at my mom's house.

Trick or treating wasn't much fun last night because Jeff was really grumpy and took it out on all of us.  He was yelling at the boys for little things and after an hour of being out the nobody was enjoying it.  As soon as we got back to my FIL's house, Jeff was fine again.   I even asked him while we were walking around, why he took the afternoon off and didn't just let me take the boys and he stayed at work.  Logan is usually exciting about looking at all of his treats and he didn't even didn't even look at his stuff until it was time for bed.

Morning Mary - Sorry the evening was disappointing. It seems like he should have been excited and proud with the boys in those great costumes he made!  I hope your day goes well. It's so hard to get kids to adjust to the time change....I was awake early myself :) I did like the fact that it was day light though! Take Care

Morning Guys!
I think I finally feel better...supper last night stayed in nicely. I wish i was just having a quiet day at home but I am not....I'm going for birthday brunch with my birthday twin and we'll exchange gifts, which have been gathering dust. I hope I stomach the brunch ok - after that I will come home and relax till I take John to his truck...I could do some housework but....I kinda doubt I will

Morning, All.

Church today.  It was nice getting up in daylight, if only I had gone to bed before 11. I am still so tired. Afterward, I am taking a nap!! If I can squeeze it in.

Bill smoked a tri tip last night. They were on sale last week for pennies, and I ended up buying like seven of them. LOL. Anyway, it was absolutely delicious. Leftovers for breakfast.

I took the girls out to trick or treat the neighborhood, and we had  a good time. There is alot more activity in this neighborhood. One guy had built a maze out of cardboard (good thing there was no rain this week.) and the girls loved it. He put a lot of time into it. They came home with tons of crap. The boys got on their boards and took a pillowcase, and made out pretty well. No costume, no makeup, just on their boards. LOL. Bill told them if they were polite, people would still give them candy...and they did.

I bought a box of chocolate bars at Costco. I only wanted one, but she said the only way they could be sold was as a set of 15. They were sugar free, and just wonderful. I am looking forward to trying each of them. I really can't eat the whole bar at once, (it was the size of a small hershey's bar) or else I will get sick. But, if I don't hide them well, Kailey will help herself. That really bugs me. I see her as being selfish because I buy this stuff for me, and she can have all the other stuff that I can't. She sees me as selfish because I won't share when I have something. So, I hide it. But, she finds it, even in my room, and helps herself. I bought gummy candies so I would have it when Maribella came to visit, and they were gone before she came. ANy ideas would be welcome.

Dinner tonight is going to be shredded beef enchiladas. I have everything, but the red sauce. So, Bill is going to the store now.  An energy drink wouldn't hurt!! :D

I love Costco. Some of their stuff is not a deal. But, sometimes. Wow. I bought a two pound block of sharp cheddar for 4.39. That is a little over 2 dollars a pound. I jump on the stuff when it is 3.50 at the grocery store. LOL.
