I said Always, but he does take it off from time to time when he is afraid he could catch it or lose it doing whatever it is he's doing (like changing the oil in the car.)

DH always wears his ring when we are out and when he goes to work. Lately, though, I've noticed that part of his evening routine when he changes out of his work clothes is to put his ring on his nightstand.

That's fine with me because I don't usually wear my ring around the house, either.

DH doesn't wear his ring because it no longer fits his finger. The jeweler can't re-size it without damaging it, since it has a design cut into it. It's on a chain that I keep in my jewelry box. One of these days we'll get him a new one.
