Pornography & Your Relationship

I am a lurker here and never have the guts to post, but I recently found about a new reality show that can be viewed on crackle.com, it's called Mommy XXX, it's about pornstar Demi Dahlia and her family life. Here is a link to you tube where they posted some of the episode.

I don't know what I thought about it, but it gives a little insight into the world of the children of a pornstar.

I checked out her website too, interesting.   Although her son doesn't like porn stars and doesn't approve, it doesn't seem to have a negative effect on his relationship with his mom.   I watched a few clips from her site and the daughter doesn't seem bothered by it. 

I suppose it would be awkward doing a porn shoot with your ex-husband, he's a porn star also.  Unless I missed it, it didn't say whether the ex-husband is the father of her kids.

First I was surprised that the kids were so normal. The son can't stand porn stars, I wonder if this will affect his view toward sex in the future.

What I found interesting was the relaxed attitude they had toward sex. It was like going to the food store for them. No big deal, there is only 40 people here watching me have sex but that's ok. I know to be a porn star you probably have to be very open and have no inhibitions, but seeing this definitley made me realize that is work to them, this is how they make a living, it's like going to the office. I wonder how they feel about the issues that it causes in some relationships?

I guess it would be just another day at work. 

I was watching an interview with a female porn star and she said how she is at work is nothing like she is with her husband.  She said in real life she's very shy and inhibited, does anal and other things in porn but won't do it with her husband.  I'd be ticked off if my partner was a porn star and he was inhibited and shy with me but not on film.  I want it as good, no I want it better than his on film ladies get it.
