Of course it is. If it isn't, you're not doing it right. :-)

To me, spirituality is the human experience. Music that moves you, beauty that leaves you with a sense of peace or awe...anything and everything that touches you, that connects you with all that is greater than ourselves...that's spirituality.

Spirituality is transcendance...moving outside of our physical beings through meditation, through our senses, through the connections we make with other human beings and creatures. Anything in life that makes you stop and say "It's good to be alive!" is spirituality.

I voted yes.....

Sometimes that is........sometimes its rawdirty sex other times there's a true spirtual connection, the kind you hope never goes away!
