So dh can remember YEARS of stats from football games, the players' names, the scores - who won against that team who lost against that team..........even stats of teams who aren't even in our state.

So ----- why can't he remember what time my mom's birthday party will be this weekend??

ROFL!  He's asked me like 5 times!

I think it goes to show the voluntary nature of memory - you have to WANT to remember...
