I'm really in the mood with the weather getting colder - but I don't know where to start with some "tailgating" food? I figure it works for the game as well as a "picnic" for non-fans?

Sports and food. Beautiful combo. We do a lot of tailgates; inside and out....

My favorite is to set up a buffet. Crockpot of chili or cheesy dip, long sub sandwhich; hotwings (oh just toss 'em in the oven - way easier!) hot dogs and brats in another crock pot... make it easy on yourself

Not sure if you're had it or heard of it - our favorite is Cincinnati style chili... ala Skyline-type... that's a huge hit here in Chi-town
