the first half of the year was crappy, but i'm hopeful the second half will be better

just waiting to hear back from a few interviews (i'm 'in-between' jobs), working on schoolwork

What is your favorite way to treat yourself to something special?

i love spa treatments - facials, pedicures, massages! i try to book something every 5-6 weeks to make me feel 'pretty' again :-)

If you were able to have a special power, what would you want and why?

i would want to be able to teleport myself like they do in star trek so i could visit my fiance any time i want :-)

Couldn't be happier! This has been a crazy, difficult year. Yet somehow very rewarding, and I love how it's turned out!

I'm looking forward to working, I was offered a job, but have another interview tomorrow, I'm hoping that job is better. The one I was offered has crappy pay and hours opposite of my SO's. I didn't move 350 miles to never see him. :/
I'm dreading my online classes starting. Although I only have two and all of my other semesters I've taken at least 18 credit hours w/ labs...I just want to GRADUATE. (Soon, I know, I know)

What is your favorite way to treat yourself to something special?
I love food, my SO too. I have to be careful though because everything extra I eat, I need to burn off. So I guess it's not really a treat... :)

If you were able to have a special power, what would you want and why?
When I was long distance, I would have said flying or teleportation. But now...I'm not so sure.

It went by crazy fast and has been a pretty good year for me, im anxious to know whats gonna happen but worried it wont be as good (but i really think it will be amazing)

looking forward to start planning a trip to Mississippi for october, and to finally figure stuff out and start making plans for the big move :-/ (excited but VERY nervous)

uh, i dont do this to often and if i do, i do it by just buying something ive really wanted but been putting it off cuz of money or something along those lines

How do you feel about the year being almost over? All I can say is...wow! We're almost at the holidays again. Good grief! On a good note, that puts me closer to my bday in January. :o)

Are you looking forward to anything this month? Dreading anything? I have three things to look forward to: my mom's bday (9/29), my oldest brother's bday (9/11), and a possible temporary move to KY until January. I can't say that I'm dreading anything at this moment.

What is your favorite way to treat yourself to something special? I'd probably have to say either shopping or a smoothie from Planet Smoothie. Good stuff!

If you were able to have a special power, what would you want and why? I would probably want the power to fly. I have friends and family across the country, and it would make things a lot easier if I didn't have to pay for a ticket and go through the security checkpoint. With this special power, I would be able to fly just about anywhere. However, I'm still working out the logistics of flying my suitcases! LOL
