What has been the biggest challenge to overcome within your relationship with your SO? Has it been an age difference or difference of religious views? Have children or finances or the way one family has treated the other person caused rifts? Has one partner's own insecurities been the main problem? Have you and your SO been able to move past these issues or are you still in the process of working them out?
DH's lack of confidence in himself (he covered very well and I had NO IDEA untilhe attempted suicide 7 years ago), coupled with a tendency toward depression has been the biggest problem in our family. he has worked through the confidence thing with counseling and is on medication for depression so things are much better now...
..um...do you mean as far as being involved in a may/december relationship?...or, as the other responders have posted...with total relationship issues?...if it's challenges inside a may/december...for my husband and I (I'm almost 44, he'll 63 in January) it would be that he sometimes acts as though he knows the best way to do just about anything because he's been on the earth for 19 years longer than I have...as a matter of fact...that's probably our biggest issue over all...
