Hey Christy!  My dad's side of the family is from Portland Ore, and Washington state.  I have many cousins that attend(ed) Gonzaga and/or teach there now!  Pretty cool

 

I'm Mary/27/teacher/Maine and my SO is Ryan/23/Maine/full time student/still waiting for his retirement money to kick in.....He was in the navy for 5 years!  He returned at the end of May from a 6 month deployment.

I love love love Oregon!!! I went to bible college there and just moved back!!!! Yeah Gonzaga great school Im going back to school again Im only 19 ( 20 in tow days) how crazy is that I teach theology.. but i want to fellow my passion for music... I might end up at WSU.... what do you teach>? yeah navy hard core.. kinda..

Welcome to the board! This is home to a wonderful gathering of women who are incredibly supportive! Please jump right in and post.
I am Wendy/24/PA/RN and Grad student, DF to Ben/24/Navy/FL. We just completed a 6 mo. deployment the end of July and are two months (today) away from being DH/DW!
Praying you are doing well with the distance! Best of luck in nursing school. There are a lot of us on here who are nurses or currently completing degrees- feel free to ask questions and vent- lol.

I'm 18, my darling guy is in basic for the NAVY at the time, Im a college student living on campus in lower Pa. Elementary Ed major. We both want this to work out and its really nice to be able to talk to someone about it so, here I am to try to do that.
