Don't forget to make a note of your new weight if you are not reporting actual numbers here.

*Calculate this by multiplying the number of pounds you lost by 100 and then dividing by your starting weight this week.

WEEK FOUR ACHIEVEMENTS
Number of Workouts: 3 plus all the packing/heavy lifting

Distance Ran/Walked: I can't find my pedometer. But I know Boo at the Zoo was at least a mile.

Percentage of Body Weight Lost*: .3% (Considering I've packed my kitchen and am reliant on restaurants, that's good!)

Number of Days Personal Goal was Achieved: 7!!!

Biggest Struggle: Making good food choices since I'm short on time and supplies.

Biggest Victory: Finding time to work out, carrying my 17 pound little stinker all the way through Boo at the Zoo, and meeting my personal goals.

WEEK FIVE:
Personal Goal: 5 servings of fruit/veggies every day. (Usually not hard for me, but it is when I'm not cooking.)

WEEK FOUR ACHIEVEMENTS
Number of Workouts: Um... 0 official ones. Oh no!

Distance Ran/Walked: Walking to, around, and from campus, I probably put in at least 12 miles this week. But that sounds sort of sad, since I went to campus 6 days. I need a pedometer.

Percentage of Body Weight Lost*: No idea! Honestly, this scale doesn't seem to work correctly.

Number of Days Personal Goal was Achieved: I don't think I signed in last week, but I'm doing okay with the healthy eating goal.

Biggest Struggle: Working out. I think I gave myself shin splints, but even if I didn't, even walking doesn't feel too good lately. :(

Biggest Victory: Passing on the Halloween candy. Fitting comfortably into a pair of jeans I was worried about. Good sign!

WEEK FIVE:
Personal Goal: Figuring out how much I actually walk! Avoiding candy as much as possible. Doing some kind of work out; I'm thinking pilates.

WEEK FOUR ACHIEVEMENTS
Number of Workouts: hmm, well since Monday was officially this week and not last week, I'll say 0
Distance Ran/Walked: I have no idea... nothing measured, it's been a very rainy time in North Georgia and I hate the treadmill
Percentage of Body Weight Lost*: 1.37% (that really doesn't sound right...)
Number of Days Personal Goal was Achieved: I met the green tea supplement goal only 3 1/2 days because I started having a hard time swallowing them for some reason (they're HUGE pills) and once I get it in my head that I can't swallow something it's hopeless, even with all the meds tricks I know (applesauce, etc.)
Biggest Struggle: motivation to actually do something
Biggest Victory: that I am still managing to lose weight without working out... I lost 2 pounds last week! And I think it's pretty amazing that I'm not munching all the time since I'm stuck at home with nothing to do really

WEEK FIVE:
Personal Goal: Hmmmm, Since Halloween is so close I'm going to make my goal limiting my sweets intake to no more than 1 treat a day (unless it's something small then I'll limit to whatever the serving size is considered) with an attempt at not even having something but every other day... but that's going to be a weak attempt, I have a sweet tooth ;)

thanks to mom2jess_n_ky for my siggy!
