In your experiences; when MM and W go on vacation together (not sure if kids are going too I’m assuming not) do you find it brings them closer and that MM “forgets” about you?

I do know he seemed a little like he wasn’t sure if it was going to be fun or not, when I said “hope you have fun” he replied, “me too, thanks” and then the day before his leaving he brought up flirty/sexual conversation with me after we had been “good” and hadn’t done that for about a week.

Just feeling jealous and curious to what your experiences have been with this situation.

It depends on the type of relationship he has with his W.

my AP has never felt more distanced after a family vacation, actually, quite the opposite.

Actually when i've gone away with my H, i've felt myself more disensitized towards AP.

It all depends...

The vacations are a fact of life and believe me while fun they are just like any family time with moments of stress.

Just more time for him to lay around and realize you are not there to share the time with him.

So do what I do--look at their vacation time as your time alone to focus on you take a breather and take a good look at how you are doing--and plan your own vacation--that's what i do.

I didn’t even ask him where they were going because I didn’t want to even know. We are not in love or anything like that; we just have amazing sex and do very much like and care about each other and know neither of us will leave our spouses.

I guess I just wonder if they will re-kindle their love and he will basically forget about me/us; just stupid stuff like that goes through my mind.
