I go out with friends once in a while. I meet a guy and have a nice conversation - we'll talk for hours. Then all of a sudden he asks me if I want to go home with him! This happens almost every time I go out. I think I meet nice guys then they always want me to have sex with them! Of course I tell them "no" and then they act shocked and say things like "I never got turned down before!" And they just keep begging and begging!! It's so frustrating! And these are guys from all different age groups. Anyone else have this problem? I just wish I could meet a nice guy who would like to spend time with me - like going to dinner, movie, etc. But I haven't been able to find a man like that yet. It's so depressing.

I actually don't have this problem at all.  In fact, I haven't had sex in two years and I've been willing and turned down by a couple of guys.  I'm not unattractive at all, so I know that's not it.  They've been willing to fool around, but when it comes to actually doing the deed, they've stopped things.  It's frustrating!

Where are you meeting these guys? If it's in bars, that's probably why they act like they do. I think if you met someone in another setting, like work or school, there would be more of an opportunity to get to know each other normally rather than a guy expecting that a virtual stranger would just go home w/ them.

I don't necessarily agree with that assumption.  The men I've met who have stopped sex from happening have been men I've met in bars.  You can meet sleezy men anywhere, and you can meet great men anywhere.  I think assuming that everyone in a particular place carries a particular trait isn't a great way to think.

That's so aggravating! You think you meet a nice guy and then an hour later they talk sex to you & want you to sleep w/them. Some ppl are into the one night stands & that is their prerogative, but that's just not my cup of tea. But if you can't talk to me or treat me like the lady that I am, then you aren't worth my time. And he's more than welcome to resort to Rosie Palmer & her five sisters for the night.
