When I was a teen I would have had to put 1-3 times a day. Now that I am much older and dont get the privacy it is a few times a week but if I am on a business trip it would be 1-2 times a day.

Everytime I read the steamy message boards here lol. Typically I do once daily sometimes more just depending. I have foundit increase my sex drive.

When I was a teenager and in my early 20's I'd do it just about every day at least once. But now I'm just way too busy and tired to do it that often. I might do it once during the week and then 2-3 times over the weekend.
