So I like this guy at work... We don't work together just at the same company. I see him sometimes (he's so gorgeous!! Lol). He's in his 30's and I'm 23. I liked him 3yrs ago when I first started but I left that building and never saw him for over 2yrs. And I just recently returned.

Well, I've noticed him looking at me a few times and when I look up he looks away. But then you know sometimes we can like someone and imagine we're getting signals. Lol. So idk but I do know I've noticed it more than once for a fact. So I finally made eye contact yesterday. And he held my gaze for a bit then looked down and away. I don't know how I was able to continue looking at him, normally I can't I have to look away. Lol. Today I saw him in the cafeteria.I was talking and when I looked across the room I saw him looking straight at me. Like it was so unexpected. We looked at each other for a few seconds again and I looked away quickly. Nervous. He was looking at me so intensely for real. Do you think he may be interested. Why was he looking at me like that. or why did he hold eye contact with me so long both times. What should I do next?? I'm too nervous and shy to make a move. I wasn't sure he'd be interested (not cuz I'm ugly. I'm far from it and so is he but because of age difference and our positions at work. He's a manager but not where I work. Like I said I rarely see him at work.) but now I'm not sure.
