20-Something Hangout

Well ladies - I've just wanted to share that after a looooooong search, I've found the condo I love and my offer was accepted!  I am so excited to start this journey and can't wait until I am able to move in and make it "mine"

Not just yet!  I still have to make settlement.  This week was the inspection and appraiser and waiting for the mortgage company...hopefully I'll hear something next week about settling.

I won't be moving in right away as there are some things I want to do (fix up a bathroom, re-do a kitchen, hardwood floors) I'm hoping that by the beginning of the year I'll be done with most of what I want to do and living in it!

 

Ahh, but you're getting there, and hopefully settlement won't take too long. :)

I'm so excited for you! I love moving into a new place and getting everything fixed up or adjusted to feel like home. It's usually an ongoing process, but so very worth it. Congratulations again! :)

Thanks! I heard last week that hopefully settlement will be next week...so now I'm getting nervous/excited.

I can't wait to get in there and start changing stuff and making it how I want it...should be an ongoing process but there are things that I know I want to do right off the bat!
