Wow what a great list,
and to add for an out door wedding:
I thought about a white towel, for the pictures leaning or sitting on something that you may not want to have your dress against. ( gardens are great for pictures, but they do come with dirt). Bottled water, bug spray, oh.. for the more rustic sites, toilet paper. ( and handkerchief's, so much classier than rolls of paper towels for the sweat drenched groom)
but again great list!!

I will have a similar kit, but with the following added (sorry if there are any duplicates in the thread):

  1. a spray bottle of distilled water - if you have to get a stain out of anything you want to do a final rinse with this because it won't make white material turn yellow like other water.  Or you can just buy Madame Paulette's stain kit, it comes with everything you need to REALLY get a stain out, including distilled water and full instructions.
  2. white gauze pads - also for stain removal, put one under the area and it will absord the stain as you rinse it, then you can also blot the front with one
  3. A list of where everyone involved in the wedding is staying with hotel and mobile phone numbers (you never know when someone will go missing), and copies should be given to the MOH and best man at the very least
  4. white gloves for anyone handling the bridal gown
  5. a copy of the schedule for the day, including when vendors are supposed to show up
  6. definitely bring that Valium or something similar!
  7. granola bars, Power Bars, or anything very portable to munch on (it can be hard to eat on a wedding day but it's so important to have something in your stomach all day)
  8. an old pair of shoes to change into in case of blisters, tired feet, etc.
  9. moleskin to prevent those blisters
  10. New-Skin liquid bandage
  11. an old button-down shirt to use as a smock in case of major makeup-fixing needs
  12. allergy pills
  13. anti-itch spray
  14. soothing menthol foot cream
