If you have sundamage and wrinkles there are few store brand products that will work alone. My recommendation is to consider a few things:
Medical Grade Microdermabrasion - go to a medical spa (physician on duty) or dermatologist. This will help reduce some of the fine lines. Dont bother with the in-home kits - they don't help with real issues such as sun damage.
If the lines are in your forehead or around your eyes - Botox injections will help that. Must go to a medical spa or derm office. Cosmetic fillers ( juvederm or restylane) help with lines or folds around the mouth.
You can use a high grade (10% or more) vitamin c serum to help with the sun damage. I use vitamin c serum at home in between microderm treatments. The vitamin c has reduced my sun damage on my face.
Use products with free glycolic acid. I use gytone products which I purchase at my medical spa.
If you want to really improve your appearance, see an anti-aging physician.
I like medical spas because they offer discount specials - unlike dermatalogists.
