After looking for over a year, I have FINALLY gotten a job!  Now to dig out of this financial hole that has become my life.  However, my wardrobe is severely lacking.  I worked in a relaxed retail environment before, my new job is upper management in an office setting.  I have a few pieces, but no where near what it should be.   I am tall, 6'0" and need some ideas on where to start shopping for inexpensive items that would be "height friendly".  Every store seems to have a petites department, but not talls.  Any budget/store recommendations would be much appeciated!

Thanks

My SIL is 5'11", with long legs and arms.  She has her best success with Gap and J. Jill.  They have reasonable sales, but it will take you some time to build up a wardrobe.

You may want to start with very basic, solid-colored pieces and rely on accessories to change the looks and add color.  I recommend Marshall's/TJ Maxx for stylish and inexpensive accessories. (You may have success with clothes, but they don't have a dedicated tall section either.)
