Hi,

I need help from someone who really knows about hair- especially CURLY HAIR. My husband is going to be in The Rocky Horror Show and opening night is the 16th of October. I need to go dressed up because I may be helping in with ticket sales and treats and I want to dye my hair and electric blue to go with my outfit. The problem is that I can't use anything permanent because I hoping to be getting some job interviews soon!!! I don't think employers would like it very much if I went in with crayon colored hair. I've found temporary dyes that are spray-on, however, I need to have my hair straight for the outfit, and a spray would make it wet and curl up and get crunchy. I want it to actually FEEL like my OWN hair. I did find a semi-permanent dye at Sally's however it doesn't really say how many washes it will take to come out. How long would it last (average time), and if I do dye my hair with it, on the chance that I do get a job interview, is there any particular color that I could dye my hair with over the blue that would make it a more natural color (other than black). I am very fair skinned and my hair is usually a dirty blonde with red highlights......What's the best way to go about this?????? I just want temporarily straight normal feeling blue hair.......

Please HELP!!!

What about a wig? All the Halloween stuff is out, and I was just shopping for wigs w/ my daughter and there were long, straight blue wigs. I think that's the best option. The spray on kind are not very good, they just look gunky. There are temp dyes that wash out over a few days, but many take at least 25 washings to come out. A wig makes sense because you are only wanting your straight and blue for a few hours.
