The recipes come from Janice Cox's book, Natural Beauty at Home, revsd ed.

I think the sunflower seed facial scrub/mask sounds absolutely wonderful!!!! :)  It makes sense to use ground up seeds on the face with the vitamin E and exfoliating affect, I bet the concoction makes for a perfect scrub!
