Lancome has oscillating mascara, lash primer and now mineral foundation. Maybelline has oscillating mascara too. Has anyone tried these? I have both of the mascaras, and frankly I like the Maybelline better! I'm not sure I get the concept w/ the foundation though.

I just got a new L'oreal mascara, telescopic explosion, that has a tiny ball instead of a huge brush and it looks wonderful, no clumps! :)

Does the oscillating brush really make much of a difference in the way the mascara goes on? I've been curious and started to try the Maybelline one, then talked myself out of it. But I've got to buy mascara this weekend; I've put it off that long! LOL Do you prefer the L'Oreal with the little ball over the Maybelline vibrating brush? I'm leaning toward the L'Oreal cause you mentioned no clumps...and that's a bit factor foe me!

I don't get the oscillating foundation, either. Maybe they just want matching product lines! LOL

Well, with the oscillating one, it really coats the entire lash, so if you have pale lashes, you don't need to try to coat the tops, if that makes sense. The L'Oreal one makes your lashes look thicker, and it's great to get in to every little tiny lash, because you can use it at any angle. There is a little bit of a learning curve with both, so you should play around before you need to rush off somewhere important and you are befuddled by your mascara, lol.

Also, most stores will refund you if you don't like it if you keep your receipt, so if you want to, try both and see what you like best!

Ah! I see; my lashes aren't pale so I don't think I'll be going with the oscillating one. I have enough trouble applying mascara without my glasses anyway and have been known to jab myself with the brush. A moving one would probably be more of a problem than an asset! LOL

I'll be taking back one mascara I bought last weekend. It's a two step on by Maybelline I purchased, tried and just don't like it. I think give the L'Oreal one a try... thanks for the info!
