I spent an hour exploring and saving new hairstyles, etc, and managed to print one of them out . . . and now can't find the rest. iVillage logged me out after I printed, and when I signed back in, my uploaded photo isn't there anymore, etc, even though I saved lots of styles in my Look Book, each with its own name, they're just not there. Am I not looking in the right place? Tell me I don't have to do all that work again, please!!

Let me talk with someone who can help you better than I can. All I can say is use Photobucket next time.

Let me see if I can help. If you created and saved your looks looks with the makeover tool, they should still be there.

First, access the makeover tool again and click on the Upload your own photo. You may be prompted to log in again with your membername and password. Once you've logged in, choose an image from the models to get the makeover too started. Once it's loaded, click on save...you don't have to go through the process of creating another look; the save page will also list your existing looks you created and saved before. Just click on the name of one of them to load.

I did that yesterday, and did it again just now (signed in, "saved as" a random look) and it says "You have no saved styles". What a waste of 2 hours!! I can't believe it doesn't save them from session to session. I also don't understand why it signed me out randomly. Thanks for your help, ladies.
