Ok I'll pretend I'm a goddess this month, hey why not!  Have to work on my "tude" then don't I.   LOL

the one thing I find that makes me feel really confident & good about myself is standing up straight and looking straight ahead when I walk...  feels good , looks good, is good.   

I need to do that myself. Thanks for the reminder!!!

Same here. Haven't been around much lately, but I need to update my board so I think I'll be around a little more today.

I'm doing pretty good. I think I'm gonna go for a swim this evening. I go to the dr tomorrow, but everything's good.
