I know this thread is a little older now... and maybe you've already taken care of this, but here's my two cents. :)

I got a very large red bump on my tragus piercing. I started dabbing it with tea tree oil, twice daily. I do it after my salt soaks. If you can't do salt soaks for irritations sake... use regular anti-bacterial, non-scented soap. Piercing solutions that you buy at Claire's or a place like that or really no good for anything except a regular lobe piercing.

If the bump continues to irritate you, try tea tree oil. It's pricey... ten dollars for a 2 oz bottle but it's worth it. It really works. My bump went away in about two weeks.
