What Should I Wear?

I voted for the "fall apart" and I do mean falling apart. I hate looking for a new purse, why would I want to change every day?

I only buy a new one when my old one is no longer functional. However, about 3 or 4 years ago, I got on a kick of wanting a purse with a chain strap. Two years ago I found one at Liquidation World and I was in 7th heaven! It's black with a the gold chain strap and very elegant looking. It does make me feel special! :)

So I guess I'm the only closet case with shelves of bags, organized by season, size, color, and day/evening?

Which bag I carry depends upon: the weather, how much crap I have to haul around, what color feels right to me and works with my seasonal color palette, and where I'm going.

I might change daily, weekly, monthly, or seasonally.  Right now I'm carrying a really old (purchased new for $20 on clearance in 1984) taupe Dooney & Burke all-weather leather convertible clutch (strap detaches), tucked into a Ralph Lauren brown suede/checked fabric tote.  (It's been rainy, but I have also had to carry a lot of the kids' miscellany)
