Since my wedding is small and intimate (and everything is re-usable) I opted for a simpler dress. Its white satin with a sheer ivory overly that sparkles gold in the right light. A halter style top and a white bunched band around the middle. I found it at Ross for $29.99 (only 1 left and my size!). My shoes were on sale for $10.50 and I found beautiful freshwater pearls on sale for $20 (regularly $60) and some other assorted jewelry from Macy's for around $40 total. So, my whole outfit was around $100 total. There is no way I could justify over $200 for a dress. I'm too thrifty for that. haha. However, I am excited that my DF and I will be able to wear our wedding attire again when we go out for our first dinner as husband and wife on our honeymoon (which we can now afford because the wedding was so inexpensive!!)!

You look fabulous!!! What a deal!! Most of what we're using for the wedding is being reused as well. I haven't found my dress yet, but I'm still looking. I did find a great sewing center in my area, and the woman who owns it was telling me that if I find something simple, she'll help me dress it up a bit, and keep me on my budget (ideally under $100 for dress and accessories) And after the wedding she said she'd either show me how to hem the dress, or do it for me for a small fee so that I can wear it again.
