Hi! Quick question - I got married a few weeks ago and because I'm an out-of-town bride, my shower was a few days before the wedding itself. For people who brought gifts to both the shower and the wedding, do I send two thank you cards or just be sure to address all the gifts in one card? Thanks!

Hello and congratulations!

To be most correct, you should write two thank you notes, one for each event.  However, since everyone who attended knows it was just a couple days before the wedding you should be clear to write one thank you note for both.  BUT, it needs to be a really good (ie: longer) thank you note.  Not just a couple lines :).
