Hi, I started lurking a few weeks ago. I've been dating my SO for over a year now, we're serious and have even looked at rings a few times, so I guess I'm just waiting for him to propose!

Welcome to the board, nicecupoftea!

I'm S (27), my SO is B (29), and we've been together for just about 9 years, now. We're also proud parents of a spunky 5-year-old, who is our world! Needless to say, I'm pretty impatient, waiting for a proposal, these days, lol..

Looking at rings was kinda difficult as I don't really wear much jewelry and had no idea what I wanted. How do you know what you want if he asks you to choose?
After a lot of looking and thinking I think I'd like a round central diamond with purple pear drop side stones set in platinum or white gold, so its kinda traditional but something different/personal.

Hi & welcome! I'm Kimberly (24) & my s/o is Stephen (26). We've been together for close to 3.5 years now. We started looking at rings back in March 07, but life happens....and I'm hoping the waiting ends soon. It's getting harder.
