Women's Business Secrets

I think people tend to forget that social media is PUBLIC. I'll share a funny story. I was on a parenting iVillage board. I had posted something in the morning. Later that day one of my co-workers walked into my office and said "Oh I have an answer to that post you put up this morning" She was a member on the same board but using a username that did not resemble her personal name and so I never knew it was her.

I try very hard to be careful what I say, knowing that anyone could read it at any time.

Oh wow! Have you ever complained about her on the boards?  LOL  You know, I frequent the stepparenting boards and have always wondered if there is a chance that my stepdaughter's mother might be on there...LOL
